Been Busy

I have been busy this week. Wednesday I went shopping to get new shoes. At the mall I found some great sales and spent a long time there. I got a lot of things and even started my Christmas shopping. Thursday I canned salsa. Of course I picked the hottest day of the week to do it. Here is what several hours of work got me.

Today I cleaned the living room. I picked up a big clothes basket full of Zanes toys, a lot of newspapers, and several pairs of shoes (only one was mine) off the floor. I took down the curtains and washed them. I used the attachments and vacuumed around the baseboards, under the edge of the couches, under the couch cushions, and the back of the couches. I dusted all my snowmen, the entertainment center, DVD's and things hanging on the wall. Then I vacuumed the floor and put the curtains back up. Right now it looks really good but I know as soon as Zane gets home I will have a fleet of pirate ships on the floor.
I am not really looking forward to going to work tomorrow. It will be good to see my friends. Hopefully it will not be busy and I can leave early. I also have a short week because I am taking a 1/2 day Monday to bond with Curtis.
