Hair Day

I did something today that I have never done before. I colored my hair. Actually I just got some highlights that no one will probably even notice. I also got about 4 inches cut off to get rid of the split ends. Other than that I haven't been very productive. I have done a couple loads of laundry, cleaned out the refrigerator and washed dishes. I am going to make up some cookie dough tonight so I can bake cookies tomorrow for this weekend.
I am going to go to my parents this weekend. I can't wait. I haven't been home since July. Four of my five sisters and my brother will be there along with my nieces and nephews. Saturday is also opening day of pheasant and quail season. Every year my dads cousin and a couple of his friends come from North Carolina to go hunting. They have been coming since I was a little girl and I can't wait to see them either.
