I Survived

I survived Saturday night by myself. My boys had a lot of fun at the monster truck thing, but it was really loud so they came home before it was over.
I haven't done much this week. It is cold in our house so I have been staying in the living room where it is the warmest. I did have to get dressed today to go to the grocery store because we needed milk. As soon as I got home I changed back into my sweats and took off my bra. I am not really in a depressed mood, but I don't feel like doing anything. I think I will have to go shopping tomorrow or talk Curtis into going Friday. He is taking another vacation day. He is also taking off next Friday. He has vacation he had to use by the end of the month.
Something kinda exciting did happen this week. We got a letter from the Kansas IRS saying we messed up last year taxes. We figured out what the problem was. We put a dollar figure on the wrong line ( the one above where it needed to go). If we didn't realize what we did wrong we would have owed the state more money. The person I talked to about the problem was very nice and explained everything I needed to know in words that I understood. Curtis wasn't that upset about it either. He just blamed me since I filled out the form. I blame him because he double checked it.
